A fully Australian owned and operated company, Argus Services offers the commercial, industrial, private and government sectors the opportunity to deal with their waste streams in a reputable and ecologically sound manner. Our plant is EPA licensed, No E137, and Trade Waste licensed, No 799290/01. Amendments to these licences reflect our dedication to parallel current environmental initiatives and highlights Argus’ policy of continual development in order to provide our customers with up to date expertise and service.

We are a fully privately Australian owend and operated company offering a complete recycling solution specialising in non-hazardous liquid waste. Argus Services Pty Ltd is a forerunner and innovator in waste cooking oil collection and recycling, and our professional approach to grease management assures the highest level of service. Waste cooking oils and grease traps are competely recycled in accordance with environmental regulations.

Argus Services Pty Ltd continually improves customer value by offering a range of specialty blends of fats, oils and tallows. These products are sold on to various industries including animal feed and pet food manufacturers. The products derived form our processes are used by manufacturers to make, among other things, soaps, paints, and most recently a biodegradable diesel fuel called Biodiesel. Our expertise and years of experience allows us the flexiblity to custom blend and manufacture products to support customer specifications.

The Argus Services transport fleet of EPA licensed tankers and tray trucks is equipped with the most up to date pumping and vacuum equipment to cater for various types of clients' needs. This ensures that we are flexible and versiatile allowing us to meet a diverse range of  waste management requirements. Our highly qualified and industry experienced drivers and operators have all completed the EPA approved Prescribed Waste Course, including Dangerous Goods which is also approved by the Occupational Health and Safety Authority.

Our research and development program and commitment to waste minimisation reflect our dedication to this important facet of environmental protection.  The on site composting facility at Argus was constructed in line with cleaner production principles for the recycling and conversion of waste.  Waste transported to our site is recycled and converted to a high quality composted mulch which reduces waste to landfill by 100%.  This is not only a highly regarded industry achievement, but our nutrient rich product is eagerly sought after.

As a fully accredited EPA agent, Argus  protects the integrity of clients' reputations by providing a total liquid waste management service with commitment to a high standard of service in line with all EPA and environmental standards. Argus will take the responsibility of completing and submitting all EPA documentation on your behalf and will also notify the relevant water authority of your compliance. You can also rely on our efficiency of service because we produce computer-generated schedules ensuring regular punctual service and maintenance of your waste management needs.
